With respect for your cooking and the authentic craftmanship: OSCAR® Signature Fond is made according to classic basic recipes. Bones, vegetables, spices and water – and lots of time.

Flavour and intensity

For dark stocks, bones and vegetables are browned and then boiled for 2-12 hours according to type. The taste is then allowed to settle for 4 hours before it is boiled down about 85% for 2 hours. This slow boiling-down under pressure will develop the flavour and ensure a consistent product every time.

We conserve the products through heat treatment without using any additives or preservatives in order to provide a pure product with a shelf life up to one year at room temperature.

Make your cocking even better

The stock itself does not make the difference between mediocre and excellent cooking. But the way it is used does. We boil the stock for hours so that you can apply the finishing touches to your technical skills, play with new variations and refine your dishes.

Tips: OSCAR® Signature Fond can be used as it is or can be boiled down completely to a glace without the taste becoming too salty. The basic taste remains unchanged but the flavour intensity is enlarged.

Our OSCAR® Signature products are manufactured in our factory in Juuka, Finland. Our 1 litre fonds and stocks are FSC labelled and biowaste from our production is transformed into biogas.
