OSCAR® Mushroom Fond Concentrate is an intense mushroom fond, rich in umami. It is different because in our recipe, we use mushrooms such as shitake and boletus. OSCAR® Mushroom Fond Concentrate gives you many different possibilities, both for vegetable-based dishes but also to add additional base, depth and umami to e.g. sauces. You can use it for both cold and warm dishes such as risottos, sauces, soups, braised dishes or in a mushroom mayonnaise with your chips. Bottle with 0,98 l of concentrate, gives up to 51 l of fond.
