Beef Fond Concentrate 1 l
OSCAR® Beef Fond Concentrate is an intense beef fond that is great with heavy or dark sauces. You get a fond with a good base and depth. You can use Beef Fond Concentrate, for example, as a base for your red-wine sauce, madeira sauce, or for stews or braised dishes such as beef bourguignon. It is also great for adjusting the dish if it needs an additional boost. Bottle with 1 l of concentrate, gives up to 51 l of fond.
