Beef Lindström


This Swedish classic dish consists of a juicy beef mince steak mixed with spring onions, pickled beetroot and capers. The beef is mixed with OSCAR® Beef Fond Concentrate, to give the dish extra flavor and depth. Serve this dish to your guests in the canteen, restaurant or bistro alongside braised potatoes, pickled beets, capers, and a fresh green salad.

Ingredients

10 persons

  • 1.5 kg of ground beef
  • 80 ml OSCAR® Beef Fond Concentrate
  • 2 tbsp spring onions, finely chopped
  • 300 g pickled beetroot, finely chopped
  • 100 g small capers
  • 4 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • butter for frying

Preparation

  1. Mix the beef with OSCAR® Beef Fond Concentrate for a few minutes.
  2. Add spring onions, pickled beets, and capers, and mix well.
  3. Add eggs and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Form patties and fry on the pan in butter.
