Mussels in White Wine Sauce
Ingredients
10 persons
- 2.5 kg mussels
- 60 g OSCAR® Premium White Wine Reduction
- 200 ml water
- 70 g of shallots
- 100 g onion, julienne
- 100 g carrots, julienne
- 100 g leek, julienne
- 100 g celery, julienne
- 2 dl cream 38%
- 30 g parsley
Preparation
- Clean the mussels.
- Bring water and OSCAR® Premium White Wine Reduction to a boil, and add mussels and vegetables and steam.
- Remove the mussels, add cream to the sauce, and reduce it. Add the parsley just before serving.
