Mussels in White Wine Sauce


Ingredients

10 persons

  • 2.5 kg mussels
  • 60 g OSCAR® Premium White Wine Reduction
  • 200 ml water
  • 70 g of shallots 
  • 100 g onion, julienne
  • 100 g carrots, julienne 
  • 100 g leek, julienne
  • 100 g celery, julienne 
  • 2 dl cream 38%
  • 30 g parsley

Preparation

  1. Clean the mussels.
  2. Bring water and OSCAR® Premium White Wine Reduction to a boil, and add mussels and vegetables and steam.
  3. Remove the mussels, add cream to the sauce, and reduce it. Add the parsley just before serving.
