Pulled Pork Burger with Ranch Dressing
Ingredients
10 persons
Pulled pork:
- 2 kg pork neck
- 40 g OSCAR® Premium Black Garlic Paste
- 40 g salt
- 120 g brown sugar
Ranch dressing:
- 50 g OSCAR® Premium Black Garlic Paste
- 300 g buttermilk
- 25 g apple cider vinegar
- 3 dl unflavored oil
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Pulled pork:
- Mix the ingredients and rub onto the neck fillet, then let it marinate for at least 12 hours.
- Then roast the meat in the oven for 10 hours at 100°C.
Ranch dressing:
- Blend all ingredients together except the oil, which is added slowly in a thin stream.
- Then season to taste with salt and pepper.
Tip: Spread the bun with pure OSCAR® Premium Black Garlic Paste and serve with pulled pork and fermented cabbage.
